are a great opportunity to put all the hard work into practice in a real playing situation. Summer Schools are great for getting an intense burst of this experience, but the progress you make is hard to consolidate and quickly falls away.
Jazz School UK runs monthly tutored ensembles for players of all levels. So whether you are new to improvisation or an experienced jazz pianist, you will be able to make real and sustained progress in your playing.

He is currently a professor of jazz piano and improvisation at both Trinity College of Music and The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
He runs workshops for all levels at his Shoefactory studio in Rushden, Northamptonshire, and also teaches individual students.
Although specialising in piano and double bass, Nick is also able to advise and prepare all instrumentalists and singers for their College Auditions.
